A graduate from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and London School of Economics, Dr. Menon is currently focused on Business Expansion and Capital Market Initiatives to fuel the next generation of growth for the organization.

As the leader of the business, Mr. Mohan is responsible for Sales and Business Operations for the company. Having served with global multinationals like IBM and Wipro in the past, his mission is to leverage his industry experience and significantly grow the Maestros business, profile and revenues in the coming months.

He believes in collaborating with like-minded, highly motivated professionals to make an indelible mark in the market place, creating a globally admired Indian healthcare enterprise.

As one of the founders of Maestros, Dr. Paranjape is a key advisor to the business. A prominent presenter at various national and international conferences, he has published over 750 ar ticles in various publications in India.

He is also one of the few executives conferred with the title of ‘Most Valuable Professional’ by Microsoft Corporation.

As the head of R&D, Mr. Balkrishna Tendulkar is the technical strategist and innovator of the organization. With a rich background in embedded systems and medical instrumentation, he is a technology mentor to employees and biomedical students alike. He is also responsible for Production and Quality Control functions in the organization.

As a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant having more than 20 years of Industry experience, Mr. Mahajani provides guidance in the key areas of Finance, Ta xation, Legal and other commercial functions. A member of the core leadership team, Mr. Mahajani plays a critical role in key financial and commercial decisions for the organization.

Mr. Deshpande has been associated with Maestros for over 18 years and is currently responsible for the research and development of innovative Telemedicine solutions for the company.

As an innovator, he is also responsible for the Telemedicine portfolio roadmap. As a subject matter expert, he has represented the organization in various technology forums.

As the clinical lead for the Telemedicine Business, Dr. Vasundhara is also a practicing Cardiothoracic Vascular Anaesthesiologist at Bombay Hospital. She has a professional experience spanning over two decades and has conducted over 10,000 surgeries so far. She is also a regular columnist with Times Wellness and has over 400 ar ticles published in the last decade. She is a life member of the IMA, Maharashtra Medical Council and other prestigious associations and is currently pursuing her M.Phil in Hospital and Health Systems Management at BITS Pilani.

Mr Chandra Mohan is the head of Telemedicine and Health IT business units. A post graduate in business management from XLRI Jamshedpur with over 18 years of professional experience with leading Global & Indian Healthcare giants such as Roche, Pfizer, Alembic and Alkem. His vision is to establish Maestros global footprint in providing integrated healthcare systems through Telemedicine and Health IT to enable accessibility of healthcare to all in need.
