Incorporated in 1992, Maestros was co-founded by Dr. Nitin Paranjape, more known as IT Productivity Guru, and Dr. K.K. Menon.

Dr. Paranjape is the Chairman and Managing Director of Maestros Mediline. Dr. Paranjape brings over numerous years of management experience in corporate and IT industry. Prior to incorporating Maestros, Dr. Paranjape was a practicing medical professional. Dr. Paranjape, a great proponent of effective utilization of technology and IT productivity has been recognized as one of the key industry figures globally by various IT and trade magazines.

Dr. K K Menon is the Joint Managing Director of Maestros Mediline and he is heading the Medical Embedded Systems division. Dr. Menon holds a doctorate in Macro Economics and Marketing from University of London.

Narendra Mahajani is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and comes with over 14 years of Corporate Finance experience in the IT and manufacturing industry with Sky Industries Limited, Lawkim Limited (A Godrej Company) and Lipton India Limited (Hindustan Levers Limited company).
