Dr. Nitin Paranjape is the Chairman and Managing Director of Maestros Mediline Systems Limited. Maestros, one of the most preferred partner of Microsoft in India and the market leader in providing Information Technology (IT) services, is focused on converting technology to business benefits.

Dr. Paranjape is responsible for the overall direction of the company, and for strategic relationships with key partners, suppliers, major customers and shareholders.

Dr. Paranjape, the ‘IT Productivity Guru’, co-founded Maestros in 1992 with Dr. K.K. Menon.

Passionate about learning new technologies and being an excellent orator, Dr. Paranjape explains complex ideas and technologies in palatable terms – for varied audiences ranging from Senior Directors to middle managers.

His contribution towards explaining and sharing technology with professionals has been recognized by Microsoft as he has been awarded Most Valuable Professional (MVP) title for Microsoft Office System. He is the only Indian and among 15 global professionals with this certification. The MVP Award is given in recognition of a recipient's technical expertise, spirit of community, and their willingness to help their peers by providing reliable and accurate answers to technical questions about Microsoft products & technologies.

Dr. Paranjape is a prominent speaker at national Microsoft conference including Professional Developer’s Conference, TechEd and Office Deployment Conference, DevDays. He is also a regular speaker at domestic and international industry events by various corporate houses, and also a visiting faculty to premier institutes across the country.

He has more than 750 articles to his credit in various IT magazines and publications in his primary area of interest, ‘Charting the effectiveness between information and management technologies.’

Dr. Paranjape, a great proponent of effective utilization of technology and IT productivity, has been recognized as one of the key industry figures by various global IT, Business and trade magazines. He has a done his Masters in Gynecology from University of Bombay.

Dr. Paranjape’s interest includes old Hindi film music and calligraphy. He has a large personal collection of technology books, which he calls the “future antiques”.
