Amit Rao is the Head – Enterprise Productivity Enhancement at Maestros Mediline Systems Limited, Maestros Mediline Systems Limited. Maestros’, the market leader in corporate services and systems and the most preferred partner of Microsoft Corporation, focuses on the high growth areas of Corporate Services and Systems, Medical Embedded Software and Equipments.

He facilitates overall effectiveness and growth of IT team and its functions (training, support, consultancy and development).

A Masters in Technology (M.Tech.) from IIT Bombay with Computer Science and Engineering – as principal subjects also looks after strategic planning, recruitment and orientation, key business development to pre-sales. He also front end the client relationship management, team mentoring and management, knowledge management and processes to ensure organizational learning and growth in capacity.

Amit has written several international conference papers and he was the Chairperson of ACM Mumbai Chapter. He was recommended to be a Member of the Managing Committee, CSI Mumbai Chapter.

He also pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from NCST (National Centre for Software Technology after his B.E. (Electronics) from Mumbai University.

Amit’s interest includes learning new languages, playing tabla, listening to Indian classical and classical-based film music.
