A thorough HR professional with more than 8 years of experience has worked with global organizations like Mahindra British Telecom, Mastech, India Properties Pvt Ltd, IL&FS Investsmart. Before taking up the role at Maestros, she had a long stint at EXL Services Limited, Pune.

She loves to take challenges in most of her professional assignments have been either with start-ups or companies that are small and looking to grow rapidly. This has given her the opportunity to explore most aspects of Organizational Development and HR.

Her hobbies include watching Animal Planet, reading books both fiction and non-fiction and also watching non-commercial meaningful cinema.
